BES memorandum
3 September 2008: Draft BES memorandum was developed by K M Nur (Lect., Dept. of Computer Science, Stamford University, Bangladesh) and Dr. Mashiur Rahman.

Summery of the meeting:
- All the members agreed that we need to form the Bangladesh e-learning Society (BES). The BES will work as follows:
- Create the awareness of the e-learning at Bangladesh
- Find the scope and opportunities for e-learning at Bangladesh.
- Work as policy advocacy group to implement e-learning at Bangladesh
- A three members team has formed to work for preparing the draft memorandum (GOTHONTONTRO) of the society.
- The members are as follows: Fizar Ahmed, K M Nur, Mustafa Jabbar
- Dr. Mashiur Rahman will work as the coordinator before establishing the structure of the society.
- For official purpose North South University will be used as the official address of the society.
- BES will use Bangladesh_e-learning_Society@yahoogroups.com mailing-list as the communication tool for cummunicate with it's member. Please enroll your emaill address in the mailng-list through the website http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Bangladesh_e-learning_Society/ or please send an email at Bangladesh_e-learning_Society-subscribe@yahoogroups.com
Proposed for e-learning society
